2008 DUEL IN THE DESERT

are a big part of what has made the Duel in the Desert such a great event year

in and year out...and this year will be no different. In fact, this year competitors will be competing on three different tournament-style courses in and around the Mesquite area.

Every 2-person team will be playing a round on each of the three host courses during the event. Each round will consist of a different format. Flight/course/format assignments will be announced at a later date (registered players will be notified via email).

CasaBlanca Golf Club
CasaBlanca Golf Club has been a host course of the Nevada State Open for the past several years, and at a glance it's easy to see why. Lush emerald fairways wind through the preserved wetlands of the Mesquite flat amid glimpses of the Virgin River, while desert wildflowers accent ryegrass fairways, bentgrass greens, white-sand bunkers and glittering lakes.

The 7,011-yard, par-72 resort course is not only beautiful and tough enough for the pros (rating/slope: 72.5/130) but also offers five sets of tee boxes so everyone can enjoy it.
